With the phasing out of the previous generation Pro series, the iO Series is Oral-B' NEXT GENERATION electric toothbrush. And the iO 2 is the latest arrival in the iO family. Oral-B listened to users' feedback, packaged the most wanted and do away with low use frequencies functions and bring cost down so now everyone can enjoy the iO series.

If you are upgrading from the Oral-B Pro series, first impression will be the toothbrush feel really balanced and weighted in your hand. It comes in a matte but smooth finish that offers ease of cleaning but still giving you a good grip.

The battery life is now up to 30 days on Super Sensitive Mode!!! This is more than double of the Pro 2000/3000 series and tripled those of the Pro 1000 series. And the good news is the battery is no longer soldered and can be replaced by yourself in the distant future should your battery loses its charges as it ages.

Next you will also find that the toothbrush is significantly quieter and the movement of the brush head is also smoother and less rattling. But it still offers the same 3D movement, but with magnetic drive technology previously not available in the Oral-B Pro series. The magnetic drive technology sends energy to the tip of the bristles to give you that superb clean teeth feel.

It comes with an auto pressure sensing function that automatically reduce brushing speed when too much pressure is applied. Just lift off brushing pressure and the brushing speed will resume seamlessly.
